Digitaler Datenbestand, Version 1 (2024) - Berlin Die Lithofazieskarte Quartär 1 : 50.000 (LKQ 50) ist eine Kartenserie der DDR, welche mit Ausnahme des Südens von Sachsen und Thüringen das damalige Staatsgebiet nahezu vollständig abdeckt. Sie besteht aus 123 Kartenblättern, welche jeweils mehrere Horizontkarten sowie großteils Profilschnitte umfassen. Detaillierte Informationen zu Inhalt und Struktur der LKQ 50 finden sich bei Cepek (1999). Die vorliegenden Daten des Kartenblattes 1669 Brüssow der LKQ 50 wurden im Rahmen des Projektes Geo3D-Oder der Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoffe (BGR) digitalisiert. Diese Daten umfassen Inhalte der sechs Horizontkarten 1669-2, 1669-3, 1669-4, 1669-5, 1669-6 und 1669-7. Die Inhalte der Karten werden in einer Generallegende (hier Version 3) definiert. Des Weiteren werden in den Legenden der einzelnen Horizontkarten die abgebildeten Schichten stratigrafisch-genetisch eingeordnet. Die digitalisierten Elemente beinhalten für jede Horizontkarte mehrere Shapefiles mit Polygonen der einzelnen Horizontflächen, ein Shapefile mit Polylinien der Isohypsen von Schichtunterkanten, ein Shapefile mit Punktdaten der lithologischen Profile an den Dokumentationspunkten und ein Shapefile mit Informationen zu Gebieten mit stark gestörten Lagerungsverhältnissen und ungenügendem Erforschungsgrad. Die nicht numerischen Inhalte der Attributtabellen sind mittels Zahlen codiert und über Schlüsseltabellen in Klartext übertragbar. Dabei dient die Schlüsseltabelle Normalprofil der stratigrafisch-genetischen Horizontzuordnung auf den Horizontkarten anhand des Zahlencodes im Feld N_ID. The series consists of 123 map sheets, each of which encompassing several horizon maps mostly complemented by about five cross sections. Specifications concerning map content and structure provides Cepek (1999). The data of the LKQ 50 map sheet 1669 Brüssow provided here were digitised in frame of the Geo3D-Oder project of the German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR). The data include elements of the six horizon maps 1669-2, 1669-3, 1669-4, 1669-5, 1669-6 and 1669-7. The topics of these maps are defined in a general legend (version 3). Furthermore, the legends of the single horizon maps provide a stratigraphic and genetic classification of the depicted strata. For each horizon map the digitised elements comprise several polygon shapefiles of the single layers, a polyline shapefile of isohypses related to layer bases, a point shapefile of lithological profiles and a polygon shapefile of additional information concerning areas of heavy strata deformation and insufficient investigation. Non-numeric contents of the attribute tables are encoded by numbers and are translated in full text by means of key tables. The key table Normalprofil allows the stratigraphic and genetic classification of horizons displayed in horizon maps by code numbers of the column N_ID.
