Bodenrichtwerte Sachsen 2016

Dieser Kartendienst visualisiert Bodenrichtwerte im Freistaat Sachsen mit Stichtagen aus dem Zeitraum 02.01.2015 bis 01.01.2016. Bodenrichtwerte mit dem Stichtag 31.12.2015 sind nur für die Gebiete der Kreisfreien Städte Chemnitz und Leipzig besetzt, da nur für diese Gebiete Bodenrichtwerte zum Stichtag flächendeckend ermittelt wurden. Die Bodenrichtwerte werden von den örtlich zuständigen Gutachterausschüssen ermittelt und bereitgestellt. Weitergehende Informationen, wie die konkreten Ansprechpartner, sind über die Sachdatenabfrage abrufbar. Die Daten der Bodenrichtwerte entsprechen im Freistaat Sachsen der AdV–Konzeption VBORIS 2.0.
