BORIS.HH - Portal Hamburg

BORIS.HH ist die interaktive Bodenrichtwertkarte für das Gebiet der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg.


Das erstellte Portal bietet eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche zur Abfrage von Bodenrichtwerten, sowohl zum aktuellen Stichtag (Jahresende des Vorjahres) als auch zu allen zurückliegenden Stichtagen einschließlich der Bodenrichtwerte zum 1.1.1964.


BORIS.HH ist die Anwendung, mit der die Bodenrichtwerte gemäß §196 Absatz 3 Satz 1 BauGB und § 10 Absatz 2 Satz 1 der Gutachterausschussverordnung veröffentlicht werden.
