3D-Stadtmodell Bochum

Unter dem Begriff 3D-Stadtmodell wird ein virtuelles dreidimensionales und georeferenziertes Modell des Stadtgebietes verstanden, bei dem insbesondere alle Gebäude und die Geländeformen aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven plastisch hervorgehoben und betrachtet werden können.

Ableitung aus Katastergrundrissen, Geschosszahlen und ggf. Laserscandaten für LoD1 und Verschneidung von 3D-Dachflächen mit Katastergrundrissen für LoD2, ohne Dachüberstände

Die Gebäude sind nach unten um 3m verlängert, um einen sauberen Übergang zum DGM zu gewährleisten.
