WMS Bebauungspläne (XPlanung) Erkrath
Ein Bebauungsplan enthält die rechtsverbindlichen Festsetzungen für die städtebauliche Ordnung für einen genau festgelegten Bereich des Stadtgebietes, hier mit Planstatus "In Aufstellung". Bebauungspläne werden aus dem Flächennutzungsplan entwickelt und von der Kommune als Satzung beschlossen. Der Inhalt des Bebauungsplanes regelt die Festsetzungen der möglichen Bebauung und welche Nutzungen bestimmten Flächen zugeordnet werden sollen. Bebauungspläne bestehen als Planzeichnung mit einer Legende und textlichen Festsetzungen oder als reiner Textbebauungsplan ohne Planzeichnung. Ältere Bebauungspläne existieren auch als reine Planzeichnung ohne textliche Festsetzungen. In jedem Fall steht fest, dass mindestens eine Begründung, in den meisten Fällen jedoch auch weitere Unterlagen wie beispielsweise ein Umweltbericht oder begleitende Gutachten und Untersuchungen.
Die Bereitstellung der Daten erfolgt durch die Darstellung von auf dem Standard der XPlanung basierende WMS-Ebenen. Die umfangreiche Attributierung sowie Objekte mit Referenzen auf weitere Dateien können mittels GetFeatureInfo abgefragt werden. Dieser Dienst wird über die xPlanBox bereitgestellt.
