Der Datensatz enthält flächendeckend die dreidimensionalen Gebäudemodelle des Landes Berlin im Level of Detail 2 (LoD2). Die Grundrisse der Gebäudemodelle entsprechen genau den Gebäudeumringen, wie sie im Liegenschaftskataster nachgewiesen sind. Die Dachform eines Gebäudemodells entspricht einer generalisierten Standarddachform.
