Die Durchlässigkeitsbeiwerte (Kf-Werte) werden in m/s angegeben und bezeichnen als Bodeneigenschaft, wie wasserdurchlässig der Boden ist. Die Darstellung zeigt die Verteilung der Kf-Werte im Stadtgebiet; deutlich sichtbar werden Bereiche mit höherer und mit niedrigerer Durchlässigkeit.
