Wuppertal ATOM Feed ALKIS-Flurstücke

Der ATOM Feed Downloadservice für die ALKIS-Flurstücke Wuppertal stellt einen Datensatz zum Download bereit, der die ca. 100.000 Flurstücke des Liegenschaftskatasters im Stadtgebiet von Wuppertal umfasst. Diese werden von der zuständigen Katasterbehörde (Stadt Wuppertal, Ressort 102 Vermessung, Katasteramt und Geodaten) im Rahmen der Führung des Liegenschaftskatasters im Fachverfahren "Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster-Informationssystem (ALKIS)" kontinuierlich fortgeschrieben. Das Flurstück ist die kleinste flächenförmige Buchungseinheit des Liegenschaftskatasters. Das Grundbuch, Deutschlands öffentliches Register zum Nachweis von Rechten an Grund und Boden, nimmt für die räumliche Abgrenzung der Grundstücke Bezug auf diese Flurstücke. (Ein Grundstück besteht aus einem oder mehreren Flurstücken.) Ein Flurstück wird vom amtlichen Vermessungswesen durch seine Grenzpunktkoordinaten geometrisch festgelegt und mit einem bundesweit eindeutigen natürlichen Schlüssel, dem Flurstückskennzeichen, bezeichnet. Für jedes Flurstück enthält der Datensatz neben diesem Flurstückskennzeichen (Attribut FLURSTUECK) und der Flurstücksgeometrie, dem Polygon aus den Koordinaten der Grenzpunkte, auch die aus den Grenzpunktkoordinaten berechnete amtliche Flurstücksfläche (AMTLICHEFL) sowie alle von der Katasterbehörde festgelegten Bestandteile des Flurstückskennzeichens, namentlich die Gemarkung (Nummer in GEMNR, Bezeichnung in GEMNAME), die Flur (FLUR), den Flurstückszähler (FLURSTZ) und den Flurstücksnenner (FLURSTN). Die Daten werden in den Formaten ESRI-Shapefile, KML und GeoJSON bereitgestellt. Der vom Downloadservice bereitgestellte Datensatz steht nach landesrechtlichen Vorgaben unter der Open-Data-Lizenz "Datenlizenz Deutschland – Zero – Version 2.0 (dl-zero-de/2.0)".
