Kaltluftaustauschbereiche (Stadtgemeinde Bremerhaven)
Luftaustauschbereiche sind Flächen (vorrangig Grünflächen, teilweise aber auch Gleis-, Straßen- und Wasserflächen), die Flurwinde in das überwärmte Stadtgebiet hineintragen. Die Bereiche haben in der Regel einen überdurchschnittlich hohen Kaltluftvolumenstrom und sind vorwiegend durch hohe Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten gekennzeichnet.
Führt der Strömungsweg der Luftaustauschbereiche über Luftschadstoff-Emissionsquellen hinweg, werden die Luftbeimengungen mitunter in quellfernen Gebiete transportiert und verursachen dort eine Erhöhung der Luftschadstoffbelastung.
