Bodenrichtwerte Hamburg

Bodenrichtwerte, bis 2008 lagetypisch, ab 2010 zonal, nach gezahlten Kaufpreisen flächendeckend für Hamburg vom Gutachterausschuss für Grundstückswerte ermittelt, seit 1973 in Form von Karten und in digitaler Form als Datenbank sowie im Internet unter www.geoportal-hamburg.de/boris.


Als Downloaddateien stehen neben den BRW-Erläuterungen auch eine .csv Datei sowie eine .gml Datei zur Verfügung. Die .gml wird ab Stichtag 1.1.25 dem Bodenrichtwertmodell 3.0 entsprechen (vorher entsprach sie VBORIS).
