Pflegestützpunkte in Thüringen

Pflegestützpunkte sind erste Anlaufstellen, in denen Pflegebedürftige und ihre Angehörigen umfassende Informationen und Beratung zu allen Angeboten der Pflege erhalten. Die Beraterinnen und Berater vor Ort vermitteln die umfassenden Serviceangebote der Kassen und kommunalen Einrichtungen und informieren über alle Möglichkeiten der Pflegeunterstützung. Die Pflegestützpunkte werden von den Kranken- und Pflegekassen gemeinsam mit den Kommunen eingerichtet. Es handelt sich um einen Sekundärdatenbestand des Thüringer Ministeriums für Soziales, Gesundheit, Arbeit und Familie (TMSGAF).
