EKIS Web - Fachinformationssystem der Eingriffe und Kompensationsmaßnahmen
Auf Grundlage des § 17 Abs. 6 Bundesnaturschutzgesetz (BNatSchG) in Verbindung mit § 3 Naturschutzzuständigkeitsverordnung (NatSchZustV) führt das Landesamt für Umwelt das Eingriffs- und Kompensationsflächen-Informationssystem (EKIS WebGIS) des Landes Brandenburg. Das EKIS WebGIS umfasst Sach- und Geoinformationen zu genehmigten Eingriffen in Natur und Landschaft (durch Vorhaben) und zu den Kompensationsmaßnahmen, die im Rahmen der Vorhabengenehmigung mit dem Ziel des Ausgleichs oder Ersatzes unvermeidbarer Beeinträchtigungen der Schutzgüter von Natur und Landschaft gem. § 15 BNatSchG festgelegt wurden. Hierbei werden Eingriffe als Punkt und Kompensationsflächen als Polygone dargestellt. Die Maßnahmen sind in den Sachdaten den Kompensationsflächen zugeordnet. Es wird die gesamte Kette vom Eingriff zur zugeordneten Kompensation mit den Maßnahmen dargestellt.
