Copernicus - High Resolution Layer: Tree Cover Density
Als Teil der pan-europäischen Komponente des Copernicus Land-Dienstes dienen High Resolution Layer als thematische Rasterlayer als Ergänzung zu CORINE Land Cover. Die HRL für das Referenzjahr 2012 wurden im Auftrag der Europäischen Umweltagentur aus größtenteils automatisiert aus Satellitendaten abgeleitet. Eine Verifizierung wurde durch das Bundesamt für Kartographie und Geodäsie durchgeführt.
