BORIS Hessen

Bodenrichtwerte sind durchschnittliche Lagewerte in Euro pro m² Grundstücksfläche. Sie gelten für eine Mehrzahl von Grundstücken innerhalb eines abgegrenzten Gebiets (Bodenrichtwertzone), für die im Wesentlichen gleiche Nutzungs- und Wertverhältnisse vorliegen. Bodenrichtwerte werden alle zwei Jahre flächendeckend auf der Basis der Kaufpreissammlung von den Gutachterausschüssen festgelegt.

Die Bodenrichtwerte werden in dem Bodenrichtwertinformationssystem BORIS Hessen zur Online-Recherche der Öffentlichkeit bereitgestellt.
