Gebäude Erkrath

Gebäude sind dauerhafte, selbstständig benutzbare, überdeckte bauliche Anlagen. Sie können von Menschen betreten werden und sind geeignet oder bestimmt, dem Schutz von Menschen, Tieren, Sachen oder der Produktion von Wirtschaftsgütern zu dienen. Gebäude werden im Liegenschaftskataster geführt, wenn sie eine gewisse Größe und Bedeutung haben. Jedes Gebäude hat eine Lagebezeichnung und eine Gebäudefunktion. Die Gebäudefunktion ist die zum Zeitpunkt der Erhebung vorherrschend funktionale Bedeutung des Gebäudes.
