For more recent data, quality control has not yet been completed. All times are in UTC. According to the SYNOP convention, the hour hh denotes the measurement of hh-10min (so UTC11 denotes the time UTC10:50).

The dataset is divided into a versioned part with a completed quality check, in the directory ./historical/. And a continuously updating part, for which the quality check is not yet completed, in the directory ./recent/.
