Grenzen der Abschlussbetriebspläne Mitteldeutschland

Für die Einstellung eines Bergbaubetriebes ist ein Abschlussbetriebsplan aufzustellen (§ 53 BBergG), der eine genaue Darstellung der technischen Durchführung und der Dauer der Betriebseinstellung dokumentiert und den Nachweis führt, dass die erforderliche Vorsorge gegen Gefahren für Leben, Gesundheit und zum Schutz von Sachgütern, Beschäftigter und Dritter bei der Durchführung des Abschlussbetriebsplanes und nach der Beendigung der Bergaufsicht erfolgt.
