Die Deutsche Grundkarte 1:5000 Höhenlinien (DGK5H) ist die Höhendarstellung in der DGK5. Die Fortführung der DGK5 wurde Ende 2013 eingestellt, zukünftig wird diese durch die Amtliche Basiskarte (ABK) abgelöst.
