Nitratbelastete Gebiete gemäß §13a Düngeverordnung (Datensatz)
Änderungen der Düngeverordnung ermöglichen seit 2017 als Teil des Deutschen Aktionsprogramms zur Umsetzung der EU-Nitratrichtlinie eine Ausweisung von besonders mit Nitrat belasteten Gebieten. In diesen Gebieten gelten strengere Bewirtschaftungsauflagen für landwirtschaftlich genutzte Flächen. Die Ausweisung von nitratbelasteten Gebieten dient dem Schutz des Grundwassers vor zu hohen Nährstoffeinträgen, insbesondere Nitrat, und erfolgt durch die Bundesländer.
