Regionalplanung, Regionaler Entwicklungsplan Magdeburg

Die Regionalplanung ist ein Teil der Landesplanung. Sie fasst die überörtlichen und überfachlichen Planungen zusammen. Im § 6 des Landesplanungsgesetzes ist der Mindestinhalt des Regionalen Entwicklungsplanes geregelt ( Landesplanungsgesetz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt vom 28. April 1998 [GVBl. I S.255], zuletzt geändert durch das Gesetz zur Änderung des Landesplanungsgesetzes des Land Sachsen-Anhalt vom 20.12.2005 [GVBl. 67/05, S. 804]).

Der Regionale Entwicklungsplan ist aus dem Landesentwicklungsplan (Gesetz über den Landesentwicklungsplan des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt (LEP-LSA vom 23.08.1999 [GVBl. LSA S. 244]) zu entwickeln. Die darin festgelegten Ziele und Grundsätze der Raumordnung sind zu übernehmen und soweit erforderlich zu konkretisieren und zu ergänzen.
