Landschaftsprogramm Brandenburg 2001

Das Landschaftsprogramm wurde im Jahr 2001 aufgestellt. Es enthält Leitlinien, Entwicklungsziele, schutzgutbezogene Zielkonzepte und die Ziele für die naturräumlichen Regionen Brandenburgs.

Rechtliche Grundlage:

- Brandenburgisches Naturschutzgesetz (BbgNatSchG)

- seit 2013 Bundesnaturschutzgesetz (BNatSchG) in Verbindung mit Brandenburgischem Naturschutzausführungsgesetz (BbgNatSchAG)

Das gültige Landschaftsprogramm wurde ursprünglich auf Grundlage des BbgNatSchG aufgestellt. Dieses wurde durch das Brandenburgische Ausführungsgesetz zum Bundesnaturschutzgesetz (Brandenburgisches Naturschutzausführungsgesetz (BbgNatSchAG) abgelöst.
