Flurstücke Chemnitz

Allgemeines Flurstückskataster bestehend aus Flächengeometrien mit Sachdaten, welche jedes Flurstück eindeutig beschreiben. Jedes Flurstück wird mit einer Flurstücksnummer bezeichnet. Die beiden Ordnungsmerkmale eines Flurstücks - Gemarkung (vgl. Objektklasse GEMARKUNGEN) und Flurstücksnummer - dienen der eindeutigen Bestimmung eines Flurstückes. Die im GIS erzeugten Flurstücksflächen sind keine amtlichen Flächen. Sie können sich von den im Liegenschaftskataster geführten amtlichen Flächen unterscheiden.
