ALKIS - Kreis Heinsberg

Das Amtliche Liegenschaftskataster-Informationssystem (ALKIS) ist Teil des Geobasisinformationssystems der nordrhein-westfälischen Vermessungsverwaltung und Nachfolgesystem der Automatisierten Liegenschaftskarte (ALK) und des Automatisierten Liegenschaftsbuches (ALB). ALKIS Produkte liefern neben dem amtlichen Raumbezug auch den amtlichen Grundstücksbezug im Sinne der Grundbuchordnung. Darüber hinaus gibt ALKIS flächendeckend Auskunft über Flurstücke, Gebäude, Eigentümer, Nutzung und Topographie. Alle katastertechnischen relevanten Sachverhalte und Rechtszustände werden in ALKIS objektorientiert abgebildet. Zudem erhalten alle Objekte ein Lebenszeitintervall. Untergegangene Objekte werden lediglich historisch und weiterhin in der Datenbank geführt, so dass beliebige, zurückliegende Situationen rekonstruiert werden können. ALKIS ermöglicht eine redundanzfreie, maßstabsunabhängige und blattschnittfreie Haltung der Daten des Liegenschaftskatasters.
