Die Bodenrichtwertzonen werden auf der Grundlage der digitalen Liegenschaftskarte (ALKIS) und von Digitalen Orthofotos (DOP) erfasst. Die Bodenrichtwerte sowie deren Merkmale werden aus dem Kaufpreissammlung abgeleitet, die bei den Geschäftsstellen der Gutachterausschüsse geführt werden.
