Geoserver - Liegenschaftskataster-Auskunft

Das Amtliche Liegenschaftskataster-Informationssystem (ALKIS) ist das flurstücksbezogene Basisinformationssystem des Liegenschaftskatasters des Landes Schleswig-Holstein. Flurstücke und Gebäude (Liegenschaften) werden darin flächendeckend für das ganze Landesgebiet nachgewiesen. Durch die laufende Einarbeitung aller Liegenschaftsvermessungen und den Datenabgleich mit anderen Stellen, wie .B. den Grundbuchämtern, wird ALKIS ständig aktualisiert. Auszüge aus dem Liegenschaftskataster erhalten Sie im Verwaltungsportal Schleswig-Holstein-Service unter service.schleswig-holstein.de. Dort bietet die Liegenschaftskataster-Auskunft im Geoserver 2.0 die Möglichkeit amtliche Auszüge mit Angaben über Flurstücke und ihre Grenzen, Gebäude, Bodenschätzungen sowie Eigentümerangaben online als Download-PDF zu beziehen. Um die Auskunft nutzen zu können, müssen Sie sich zunächst als Firma/Behörde im Schleswig-Holstein-Service registrieren und eine schriftliche Vereinbarung mit dem Landesamt für Vermessung und Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein (LVermGeo SH) abschließen. Für Vertragspartner wie Kreise, Ämter und Gemeinden sowie Öffentlich bestellte Vermessungsingenieurinnen und -ingenieure gilt dies entsprechend.
