Gebietskulisse Mindestschutz von Feuchtgebieten und Mooren im Saarland

GLÖZ 2 Kulisse Die Gebietskulisse zum „Mindestschutz von Feuchtgebieten und Mooren“ gemäß § 11 Abs. 1 der GAP-Konditionalitäten-Verordnung (GAPKondV) umfasst Böden nach § 11 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GAPKondV, die jeweils eine zusammenhängende Fläche von mindestens 1.000 m2 aufweisen. Bei der Erstellung der Gebietskulisse wurden Böden zugrunde gelegt, die den vom Bund festgelegten Klassenzeichen der Bodenschätzung nach dem Bodenschätzungsgesetz entsprechen.
