ASYS

Mit dem Abfallüberwachungssystem ASYS stellen die Länder allen Abfallbehörden eine an deren Anforderungen angepasste Software zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung einer bundeseinheitlichen Software erleichtert dabei sowohl den Datenaustausch zwischen den Ländern als auch die Umsetzung gemeinsam von den Ländern einzurichtender informationstechnischer Systeme deutlich.

Inhaltlich umfasst das Abfallüberwachungssystem ASYS im Wesentlichen die Vorab- und Verbleibskontrolle gemäß der NachwV, das Anzeige- und Erlaubnisverfahren gemäß AbfAEV, das Entsorgungsfachbetriebsverfahren gemäß EfbV, das Notifizierungsverfahren entsprechend Abfallverbringungsverordnung und die Verwaltung der Stammdaten der beteiligten Betriebe. Funktional unterstützt ASYS neben der Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Auswertung der jeweiligen Daten u.a. die automatisierte Prüfung der Daten, den automatisierten Austausch der Daten zwischen den Ländern sowie die praktische Bearbeitung der einzelnen Vorgänge.

Angewandt wird das Abfallüberwachungssystem ASYS von den Mitarbeitenden der Abfallbehörden.
