Die Wohnlage bezeichnet die Qualität der Lagegegebenheiten des weiteren Wohnumfeldes einer Adresse im Vergleich zu anderen Adressen im gesamten Berliner Stadtgebiet. In Berlin wird in 3 Wohnlagekategorien unterschieden: einfach, mittel, gut.
