Landesumweltwettbewerb

Im aktuellen Landesumweltwettbewerb "Alt und Jung für eine umweltgerechte und zukunftsfähige Entwicklung" geht es um generationsübergreifende Bildungsprojekte, die für einen Brückenschlag zwischen Jung und Alt stehen. Darüber hinaus möchte der Wettbewerb die Bedingungen für ein freiwilliges bürgerschaftliches Engagement verbessern und zur Übernahme ehrenamtlicher Tätigkeiten motivieren. Dieser Wettbewerb führt eine langjährige Tradition fort, die bereits 1995 mit dem Kommunalen Umweltwettbewerb begann. Stand in den Jahren 1995 bis 1999 zunächst der kommunale Umweltschutz im Mittelpunkt, so kam es 2001/2002 unter dem Titel "Agenda 21 in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - vom Leitbild zur Umsetzung" zu einer thematischen Aufweitung.

Der Landesumweltwettbewerb wird nach derzeitigem Stand (Juni 2011) nicht fortgesetzt
