Dieser Dienst bietet die Flurstücke des Neuen Bestands vor der (vorzeitigen) Ausführungsanordnung zum Download an.

Flurstücke im neuen Besitzstand sind im Rechtsstand zwischen der vorläufigen Besitzeinweisung und der (vorzeitigen) Ausführungsanordnung. Änderungen im Besitzstand können bis zur (vorzeitigen) Ausführungsanordnung vorkommen. Beim Download der Daten daher Downloaddatum notieren. Das Eigentumsrecht bezieht sich weiterhin auf die alten Grundstücke.
