3DProjektplaner

Der 3DProjektplaner ist eine auf dem Masterportal basierende digitale Webanwendung, die es Planer:innen in der Verwaltung ermöglicht, Bauvorhaben im 3D-Stadtmodell geodatenbasiert zu analysieren sowie eigene städtebauliche Entwicklungsideen schnell und einfach zu skizzieren.

Beispielhafte Anwendungsbereiche sind:

- Wettbewerbsentwürfe visualisieren und analysieren

- Rahmenpläne, Massestudien und städtebauliche Skizzen

- Durchführen von Simulationen

Im Rahmen des CUT-Projektes wurde das Masterportal von der Hamburger Behörde für Stadtentwicklung und Wohnen im Bereich 3D weiterentwickelt und um folgende Funktionen ergänzt: 3D Importer, 3D Draw, 3D Filter and Style, Sichtperspektiven, Ausblenden von Objekten des 3D-Stadtmodells

Die Funktionen werden in der Masterportal-Toolbox „3D Modeller“ gebündelt und sind Teil des Masterportal-Cores. Mit der Veröffentlichung der Masterportal Version 2.37.0 im September 2023 stehen die Funktionen des 3DProjektplaners als Open Source Software der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung und können von jeder/m nachgenutzt werden.
