4. BImSchV Windenergieanlage

Daten zu Windenergieanlagen werden von den unteren Verwaltungsbehörden im Zuge des immissionsschutzrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahrens in Baden-Württemberg erfasst.

Windenergieanlagen sind genehmigungspflichtige Anlagen nach BImSchG (Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz) i.V.m. 4. BImSchV (Anlage gemäß Art. 10 der Richtlinie 2010/75/EU)

Nr. 1.6 "Anlagen zur Nutzung von Windenergie mit einer Gesamthöhe von mehr als 50 Metern und"

1.6.1 "20 oder mehr Windkraftanlagen" und

1.6.2 "weniger als 20 Windkraftanlagen"
