1-4/2009 Internes Messnetz Küste und hydrographische Datenbanken

Mit dem 1995 errichteten und durch das StAUN Rostock betriebenen Internen Messnetz Küste (IMK)

konnten über einen langjährigen Zeitraum Umweltinformationen, wie Wasserstands-, Seegangs- und

Winddaten, aufgezeichnet werden. Das IMK erfüllt damit folgende Aufgaben:

- im operativen Betrieb im Hochwasserfall Informationen zu den hydrodynamischen Parametern für

- die Einsatzleitzentrale Hochwasserschutz zur Verfügung stellen

- im operativen Betrieb Daten zur Beweissicherung und für externe Anwender zur Verfügung stellen

- im Langzeitbetrieb Wasserstands-, Seegangs- und Winddatenerhebung als Grundlage für die Bewertung von

Küstenprozessen sowie die Ermittlung

- von Bemessungsparametern für Bauwerke liefern.
