Hausumringe Rheinland-Pfalz (HU)

Amtliche Hausumringe beschreiben die georeferenzierten Umringpolygone der

Gebäudegrundrisse des Amtlichen Liegenschaftskatasterinformationssystems

(ALKIS®).

Die Hauskoordinaten und -umringe sind wegen ihrer Herkunft aus dem Liegenschaftskataster sehr genau. Sie sichern damit die exakte Positionierung der Adresse. Einen Schluss auf die Hausbewohner lassen die Daten nicht zu.

Mit Hauskoordinaten und -umringen führt die Auto-Navigation direkt bis vor die gewünschte Haustür. Handy-Kommunikationsdienste und Auskunftssysteme zeigen genau an, wo der nächste Arzt, Apotheker oder das nächste Restaurant zu finden ist. Auch für öffentliche Stellen wie Polizei und Katastrophenschutz sind die Daten unentbehrlich, um so schnell wie möglich an Ort und Stelle Hilfe leisten zu können. Aber auch Unternehmen können ihre Vertriebswege optimieren und haben damit besonders in Ballungsgebieten einen nicht unwesentlichen Wettbewerbsvorteil.
