Projekt EDDY - European Digital Dynamic Mapping

Das Projekt EDDY wurde vom Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr über das mFund Programm gefördert.

Hochaufgelöste, dynamische Karten bilden eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die Optimierung des urbanen Verkehrs mit dem Ziel der Reduktion von Emissionen, dem Schutz von vulnerablen Verkehrsteilnehmern sowie der Ermöglichung höherer Stufen des automatisierten Fahrens. EDDY liefert die Grundlagen, damit Städte und Kommunen statische und dynamische Daten gemeinwohlorientiert und diskriminierungsfrei in einer Urban Dynamic Map bereitstellen können. In EDDY werden die Anforderungen an offen zugängliche Kartendaten unter Beachtung rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen im europäischen Kontext erfasst und evaluiert. Für die exemplarische Umsetzung werden statische Daten und dynamische Daten aufbereitet und fusioniert.
