Gesetzlicher Erholungswald

Umfasst Gesetzlichen Erholungswald nach § 33 LWALDG. Nach Landeswaldgesetz können Wälder durch Rechtsverordnung zu Erholungswald erklärt werden, wenn es das Wohl der Allgemeinheit erfordert, Waldflächen für Zwecke der Erholung zu schützen, zu pflegen oder zu gestalten. Besonders stark besuchte Wälder in Siedlungs- bzw. Erholungsgebieten können als gesetzlicher Erholungswald ausgewiesen werden.
