Informationssystem Abgrabungsantragskataster (Gewinnungsstellen Steine und Erden)

Das Informationssystem verwaltet alle beantragten Abgrabungen von Locker- und Festgesteinen im Rahmen der Genehmigungsverfahren seit 1972, an denen der Geologische Dienst Nordrhein-Westfalen (GD NRW) im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit als „Träger öffentlicher Belange“ beteiligt worden ist. Der Datensatz umfasst die Abgrabungsumrisse in NRW als Vektorflächen, attributiert mit den jeweiligen Fachdaten der Genehmigungsanträge und enthält, soweit bekannt, auch Altabgrabungen. Die Zusammenstellung ist keine Gewähr für eine tatsächlich erfolgte Abgrabungstätigkeit, da nur die Antragsunterlagen und daraus resultierende Genehmigungen erfasst sind. Im Jahr 1995 hat der GD NRW auch das im Zeitraum 1985 bis 1995 bei der Landesanstalt für Ökologie, Bodenordnung und Forsten NRW (LÖBF) aufgebaute Kataster übernommen. Diese Daten sind strukturell in die Datenbank integriert.
