Einwirkungsbereiche (WMS Dienst)

Bei einem Einwirkungsbereich handelt es sich um ein Gebiet an der Tagesoberfläche, in dem es durch bergbauliche Maßnahmen theoretisch zu Bergschäden kommen kann. Ein typisches Beispiel sind mögliche Senkungen.

Näheres zum Einwirkungsbereich ist in § 120 des Bundesberggesetzes (BBergG) aufgeführt und wird durch die Bergverordnung über Einwirkungsbereiche (Einwirkungsbereichs-Bergverordnung - EinwirkungsBergV) geregelt. Sie gilt für alle untertägigen Bergbaubetriebe, für Bergbaubetriebe mit Hilfe von Bohrungen und für Untergrundspeicher mit Ausnahme von Porenspeichern.
