Konzept zur Sicherung einer nachhaltigen Siedlungsentwicklung

Das Konzept beinhaltet die Sicherung einer nachhaltigen Siedlungsentwicklung in den Stadt-Umland-Bereichen des Oberzentrums Schwerin sowie der Mittelzentren Wismar und Parchim. Sachlicher Schwerpunkt ist der Bereich Wohnen.

Das generelle Ziel einer nachhaltigen Siedlungsentwicklung wird durch ein Leitbild und zehn Leitlinien der Siedlungsentwicklung konkretisiert.

Mit dem Konzept wird ermittelt, in welchem Umfang Neubauflächen benötigt werden und an welchen Orten die Realisierung mit dem größten gemeinsamen Nutzen verbunden ist.
