Grundsatz im Regionalplan. Das Gebiet zur Ansiedlung von Industrie- und Gewerbebetrieben mit überRegionaler Bedeutung Zinna ist als Vorbehaltsgebiet Industrie und Gewerbe in der Karte 14 „Raumnutzung“ ausgewiesen. Durch die Bereitstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Profilierung von Aus- und Weiterbildungszentren, Forschungseinrichtungen, Technologietransferstellen und Gründerzentren sollen günstige Rahmenbedingungen für betriebliche Neugründungen, Ansiedlungen und betriebliche Umstrukturierungen geschaffen werden. -Daten stammen vom Regionalen Planungsverband Leipzig-Westsachsen -rechtliche Grundlage bildet der Regionalplan Westsachsen 2008 (Stand 25.07.2008)
