Luftkapazität des Bodens (BÜK200)

Luftgehalt des Bodens (in Vol.-%) bei Feldkapazität. Poren mit Äquivalentdurchmesser = 50 µm, in denen sich das Wasser der Schwerkraft folgend bewegen kann. Unter Luftkapazität wird somit der Porenraum verstanden, der bei Feldkapazität mit Luft erfüllt ist. Sie stellt ein Maß für die Versorgung der Pflanzenwurzeln mit Sauerstoff dar. Die Angaben beziehen sich auf einen Meter Profilmächtigkeit. Für Böden, bei denen Skelett bzw. Festgestein in einer geringeren Tiefe anstehen, beziehen sich die Angaben auf die Mächtigkeit des Solums.
