The Geodatenkatalog.de is the central metadata information system about the geodata and geoservices of the Spatial Data Infrastructure Germany (GDI-DE). The technical implementation of the Geodatenkatalog.de is based on a networking of the metadata catalogs within the GDI-DE. Within Europe, the Geodatenkatalog.de is connected to the geoportal of the European spatial data infrastructure INSPIRE.
