Gesetzlicher Schutzwald Umwelteinwirkungen

Umfasst Schutzwald gegen schädliche Umwelteinwirkungen nach §31 LWaldG. Wald kann durch Rechtsverordnung zu Schutzwald erklärt werden, wenn es zur Abwehr oder Verhütung schädlicher Umwelteinwirkungen, insbesondere von Gefahren, erheblichen Nachteilen oder erheblichen Belästigungen für die Allgemeinheit oder Dritte notwendig ist, bestimmte forstliche Maßnahmen durchzuführen oder zu unterlassen.
