Staatliches Amt für Landwirtschaft und Umwelt Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, Dienststelle Neubrandenburg

In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gibt es vier Staatliche Ämter für Landwirtschaft und Umwelt (StÄLU) als untere Landesbehörden im Ressort des Ministeriums für Landwirtschaft, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz (LU). Die StÄLU sind in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Landräten und Oberbürgermeistern in ihren Amtsbereichen für den Vollzug bundes- und landesrechtlicher Vorschriften sowie Vorschriften der EU aus den Bereichen Landwirtschaft und Umwelt zuständig.

Zum Amtsbereich Mecklenburgische Seenplatte gehören folgende Städte und Landkreise:

* Stadt Neubrandenburg

* Landkreis Müritz

* Landkreis Demmin

* Landkreis Mecklenburg-Strelitz

* Landkreis Uecker-Randow (auf dem Gebiet des Abfall-, des Immissionsschutz- und des umweltbezogenen Chemikalienrechts sowie auf dem Gebiet des Abfallrechts auch der Standort der Deponie Stern-Dennin (Landkreis Ostvorpommern)
