Unter dem Thema XPlanung Kreis Kleve werden die Themen Bebauungsplan (BPlan), Flächennutzungsplan (FNP), Satzungen und Landschaftsplan (LP) zusammengefasst. Inhaltlich sind zu mehreren Kommunen die Bebauungsplandaten bereits vollvektoriell verfügbar; für die restlichen Kommunen existieren die Daten im UmringsSzenario. Die vollvektorielle Nacherfassung läuft vermutlich bis 2026.
