Anliegerwinterdienst an Grundstücken, Stadt Leipzig

Der Anliegerwinterdienst der Stadt Leipzig bildet auf Grundlage des § 51 des Straßengesetzes für den Freistaat Sachsen (SächsStrG) die gesamten Anliegerpflichten im Winterdienst der Stadt Leipzig an Grundstücken (Flurstücken) im Eigentum der Stadt Leipzig ab, entsprechend den Vorgaben des § 4 der Winterdienstsatzung der Stadt Leipzig. Übergeordnet verantwortlich für dieses Thema ist das Dezernat "Umwelt, Klima, Ordnung und Sport" (Herr Robert Simmank).
