Ernteerhebung

Ermittelt werden der Wachstumsstand und wachstumsbeeinflussende Bedingungen sowie die voraussichtlichen und endgültigen Naturalerträge. Ergänzend werden die Merkmale Gesamterntemengen und Vorratsbestände bei einzelnen Getreidearten und Kartoffeln sowie bei Feldfrüchten die Flächen der vorangegangenen Ernte und die Aussaatflächen für das Folgejahr geschätzt.

Ermittelt werden außerdem bei der Besonderen Ernteermittlung weitere Erhebungsmerkmale, wie die Größe der einbezogenen Fläche, die Sorte und die Gesamterntemenge. Bei Getreide werden zusätzlich Beschaffenheitsmerkmale ermittelt.
