normalisiertes digitales Oberflächenmodell (nDOM)

Das normalisierte / normierte Digitale Oberflächenmodell (nDOM) entspricht der Differenz zwischen Digitalem Geländemodell (DGM) und Digitalem Oberflächenmodell (DOM), sodass die wahren Objekthöhen visualisiert und die konkreten Werte über die Sachdatenabfrage ermittelt werden können. Es gibt die lagerichtige Darstellung sowie die Höhen der Objekte zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme an, sodass auch temporäre Objekte wie z.B. Flugobjekte, Vögel, Fahrzeuge oder Baukräne erkennbar sind. Durch die Auflösung von 0,25m sind z.B. auch Dachüberstände und Dachformen erkennbar. Die Aktualisierung erfolgt 1x jährlich für ca. 1/6 der Landesfläche (analog der Aktualisierung aller Höhenmodelle).
