Stadtumbaugebiete Stadt Bremen - Downloaddienst

Dieser Downloaddienst stellt Daten zum INSPIRE-Thema Bodennutzung in der Freien Hansestadt Bremen (FHB) bereit.

Das Programm Stadtumbau West wurde vom Bund im Jahr 2004 erstmalig aufgelegt und bestand bis 2019.

Anlass war der Anfang des 21. Jahrhunderts einsetzende demographische und wirtschaftliche Strukturwandel, der sich auch weiterhin auf die Situation der Städte auswirkt. Die Kommunen müssen sich den städtebaulichen Folgen der Bevölkerungsentwicklung und des wirtschaftlichen Wandels stellen – das Programm unterstützt sie dabei, indem Bund und Land finanzielle Zuschüsse gewähren.
