Das großmaßstäbliches gegenständliches Modell dient den Untersuchungen des Geschiebe- und Schwebstofftransportes und der räumlichen Analyse der Hydraulik im direkten Nahbereich des Mündungstrichters.

räumliche Ausdehnung: El-km 571,5 - 574,8 (ca. 3300 m) und den Mündungstrichter bei El-km 573,0 des Elbe-Seitenkanals (ca. 350 m)

Maßstäbe:

Längenmaßstab: 1:60

Höhenmaßstab: 1:30
